The beautiful landscape of Inch Island in Donegal, Ireland. This is a place I visit regularly regardless of the weather conditions. This image was captured last week on one of the better evenings. Inch Island is a place of little winding roads and well tended farmland. The hedgerows are high with grasses and honeysuckle at the moment and it is virtually impossible to see the views during the summer. It is easier to park the car and just wander. There is an abundance of wild life and of course the marvellous sounds of summer.
