The little village of Saint-Jean is situated around a cove on the eastern side of the peninsula where a small marina (560 berths) built in the 1970’s, shelters some of the most luxurious yachts in the Mediterranean. This elegant seaside resort is very well protected and quiet and renowned for its wonderful pedestrian paths around the peninsula. Two of the major pursuits in Cap-Ferrat, are strolling along the peninsula on the beautiful rocky paths admiring the views and the villas, and having a relaxing meal in one of the many restaurants lining the port. If you like mingling with the rich and famous, Cap-Ferrat is one of the best places in the world to do so.
This would never be my reason to visit, I love the peace and tranquility of the place.
The above boat is just one of the many moored in this lovely marina.
