You would not believe that in the serene and very beautiful village of Deia in the mountains of North West Majorca, where the great and the good come for the silence of the surroundings and the wonderful food to be had in one of the loveliest hotels, La Residencia, you would find a hedge of barbed wire behind which these lovely animals are trapped. I long to go back one day and perhaps set them free. I who have lived all my life in N Ireland know more than most what it is like to live behind barbed wire. And if you take any of this seriously, you are even madder than I am.
Hey Joyce you should write a book……this is priceless!….you could take this either way but I think the gourds are a great choice lol ….so we have gourds with santa hats, perfect for the season….works for me!!…great find and capture!!
I would love to write a book…………my friend Paul who died very suddenly five years ago was going to help me to write it………………..he was the librarian of a college who had had his own poetry published…………….sadly when he died I lost the confidence to go ahead with it…………now I am too old to start…………so in the meantime I will pass on all my witty little rants and musings to my red bubble audience……………………thank you again Kate…………………..xx
