Beyond Frustrated With RB

I have been trying to upload some images this evening and when I get to the part of entering them into groups an ad comes on at the bottom of the screen which prevents me from scrolling down to the ‘Save Work’
Then a stupid thing appears telling me to save the work or it will be lost. But I am unable to save it.
Why are RB messing around again. I would love to know if anyone else is having the same problem.

    yes, it is happening to me too. I think they are making changes to the site, and it will be okay soon:)

    If an add comes up for something besides RB products there is a good chance you have a virus. These types of adds were my first clue that I had a virus and I have been fighting it all week with no success as yet. When I say I have been fighting it I mean I have paid experts to fight it and they have not been successful so far.

    Hi, Joyce. Sorry if there are errors in this as I am peeking at it one-eyed. I am not having your problem and I share your frustration but, I am having another and am in touch with Sara through the RB system. I still cannot upload any image file above 1.35Mb. The other issue is that whilst I can upload a file to any product bar one in seconds this does not apply to cards, et.c The same size file takes ages and oftenn freezes at 80% and then fails. RB apologise and tell me thatthey are still working on issues. Like you I wish they would sort it out.

  • Hi Francis…………….thanks for taking the time to try and help……………….hope you feel better soon……………..I am still having problems ………………..and I am not very literate when it comes to getting out of situations on the laptop……………………I think I am having the same problem as you regarding the size of images………………….ah well……………………we live in hope of the problem being solved soon………………………Take care too……………………Joyce

    I could upload OK, but now you have to upload to everything – pillows, totes, tees, i-pad and i-phone cases. I don’t want to do that – wish they would stop messing around. message to RB – IF IT AIN"T BROKE, DON"T FIX IT !!!!!!!
