What do you mean by ‘Modern’? This looks so classic to me, even the flag on the background. Her mannerism is so well captured. Her eye line (gaze) is so precise.

Thanks so much Mino. I felt that the background was rather modern, and I simplified a lot of the details that a traditional Geisha would usually have.
