Easter Egg

Artist's Description

2008 – Onion Skin Dyed Eggs
This was the first time I tried the Polish style of traditional Easter egg decorating. The eggs are naturally dyed while simmering in a pot full of water and onion skins and once they are cooled, a razor is used to scratch a design onto the surface of the egg.
