Thank you for your comment, I left good ole Cal right after the 8.5 quake and by the way that’s when the state of California instituted a 8.5% earthquake tax in Napa where I lived last. Think I got out JIT. Next quake and I belive there will be surfing in Tahoe, of course that will extinguish the fires. :-) gg
