i dont take pictures to remember. i take them to feel the emotion, to capture the raw essence of every moment. not for the rememberance, but to expierence it for the first time every time. capturing the beauty in even the ugliest things will keep me occupied and happy for the rest of my life. just knowing that i was able to show that raw essence to one other person; for just one person to see the beauty that i saw would leave me with a satisfaction that would last forever.

Damn, that gave me goosebumps to read, i totally feel what you are saying. I have the same feeling, sometimes when i take a picture, i think of how I would not mind living in that moment for eternity… that is the type of beauty I like to see, and i can always return to those images.

Seeing beauty in even the ugliest things takes an artist’s soul, but being able to show it to others who may not have seen it otherwise…. well,that sure is what it’s all about.
