Brilliant shot I am still trying to work out how you did this???
It looks like the tram is moving but you must have been moving at the same time to capture the tram sharp with the motion blur around it.
Either you were chasing it on a bike but then again I can see a driver so its coming at you rather than away….. or its a photoshop effect.
No idea but I like it.
