I sometimes tend to do multiple female nude study sketches, too; drawing purely from out of my own imagination; but, I got to admit you do these far better than me. ;-)
These quick sketches are all the more remarkable to me as they are drawn from real life; therefore, I think, the anatomy looks a lot more real; and, together with the colour washes reminds me of the female nude sketches of Rodin; he said he didn’t take his eye off the model; but, only when he’d finished the drawing would later add colour washes to it. Me, I never understood this method of drawing blind; I’m sure, if I were to try and imitate it myself ; then, I would have gone and created nothing else but a total mess; however, Rodin’s drawings are incredibly strong, and, far from being pure scribble are, in fact, really neat.
