    Steven, the truth is that they taste just like lean beef.. very similar flavor, red and w/o the fat. You should try it once.

    ginnymac, What can I tell you, they are raised for their meat and feathers. If there were hunted and the Africans have fun of for example I would be completely against it. However, when they’re raised commercially I think it is a different story. But I can understand to your disdain.
