This image really draws the viewer in. I like the high point of view, it’s a difficult angle to shoot from, but it allows for a good overall view of the scene, and gives us a whole impression at a glance.
Exposure, focus, detail and colour are all spot on, but what I really like is that we ‘see’ something about the artist even though we do not see his face. For me his pose suggests an intense dedication to his craft, and the way he has lined up is chalks almost behind the line, suggests a meticulous way of working and this, of course, is reflected in the art work. I also find the small patch of chalk dust on his bottom adds to the impact, (and is quite endearing to boot, lol). Good work Eyal.

Another wonderful street shot – love the inclusion of the artist’s tools, the chalk on his rear end, and the high vantage point. All work together to create a true vision of the artist’s dedication to creating a beautiful, if temporary, work of art.
