A minute of madness

Psychedelic writing on a late evening spent in my room.

Crystal gems glide down through the haze and bounce off the leafy flower parading on my windowsill. They slide down its face and make liquid shapes on the soil. A whisper in a watery garden sneaks through the gaps in the glass and kiss me on the forehead. I reach out to touch it, but only feel its ghost. Beaded tears drip down the maze of cracks and edges to disappear into an earthy sky.
I desperately search for them, and snatch them up in my fist. I uncurl my rock and peer inside their home of flesh. They lay there shivering from the cold, or are they shaking from unknown territory?
The giant roars but it sounds like laughter. She crushes the ground with her white fist. The rocks shake with fear, those cowering behind them begin to cry.
