The Green Ninja
Inspired by early Marathon concept art, in this piece I have evoked the shadowy, industrial back alleys in the slums of a futuristic utopian city. The character is mysterious, looming ominously from the fog with sabotage and subterfuge in mind. Created from various pencil thumbnails and sketches, and refined with Photoshop painting and textures from my personal library!
The Green Ninja belongs to the following groups:
Character Development, Fantasy Art, New Zealand Made, Pencil Drawing (2 per 24 hrs), PixElations - The Art of Photoshop and Sci Fi Available for sale asGreeting Cards and Matted Prints

Thanks very much ToastedGhost! I attempted to achieve a decent treatment of the colour and lighting in this piece, it was a fun training exercise!

Photoshop and ?
some other digital paint prog?
Evmo replied
I drew this piece as a pencil sketch and then scanned it into Photoshop for the Wacom Tablet treatment, by the final version I had quite a few layers and effects being used. For good tutorials on this kind of stuff try Conceptart.Org- they’re really professional!
