Without the title, I would have concluded it had a garden feel to it. With white daisy (eggs) and little stones (beans). Wondering if you are working on more work like this. I think it turned out very well, with good coloration, movement, and contrasting textural qualities. My eyes are nourished. Take care, Peace-
Robert, I really appreciate your stopping by to look and your thoughtful comments. I learn so much from your work and I am pleased that this painting of mine has other meanings. I was really surprised (being usually in full control of all I do!) at how much it took on its own life and told me where to go with it, rather than succumbing to my planning. It taught me, rather than I painted it. Your comment is very encouraging to me. I had not thought to do another abstract straight away, as I found it wanted all of my attention and I am attempting a serious portrait next, but after that….or as well as….? maybe.
