I have dabbled with photography for a few years now, beginning with a couple of old point and click digital cameras and continuing on to my current first DSLR.
I started to get a bit more serious when i decided to try some entry level astrophotography, so i grabbed a used DSLR from ebay and jumped in. I am still only starting to get my head around and thanks to the pretty much constant cloud cover over the last few months, it’s taking longer to get some practise.
However that aside, since i had my new Nikon i have loved experimenting and taking it with me on the few overseas trips i have since been on, as well as whenever i can get out and about.
I love learning new and improving my skills and abilities, including developing new post processing and photoshop skills.
At the moment i am using a Nikon D40x with a 18-55mm lens, a Tamron 10-24mm lens, shutter release and to assist with going down the Astrophtograhy path a Sky-watcher Black Diamond 127mm Mak Cas on a HEQ5 Pro mount.
