Sydney Opera illuminated in colour as part of LUMINOUS, “a festival of music, ideas, light and performance,” curated by Brian Eno and part of Vivid Sydney 2009.
Many people photographed the Opera House when it was lit up like this, but here’s a capture I couldn’t resist uploading.
Equipment : Nikon D300, tripod, Nikon 18-200mm lens Technique: 5 bracketed images (2EV steps from -4EV to +4EV) in RAW, processed in Photomatix and tidied up slightly in Lightroom.

oustanding work of art, your shot, the architecture and the lighting!
Yes, a lot of the credit is due to Joern Utzon (the architect) and Brian Eno.
