medicines for life by

I work as a pharmacist, and took this photo years ago whilst putting away one of our drug orders… I often think behind every medicine we give out, there’s a story, and there’s a person we are hopefully helping in some way; pharmacy is quite intense work, but I try never to loose sight of that.

I do love the striking packaging of medicines; clear and colourful packaging is so important for medicines to be easily identified both by the patient, and the person picking them off the dispensary shelf.

Taken on the deceased olympus minimju. I suspect the blur may have been somewhat unintentional, but seemed to work.

Wow mate, like that photo a lot..the blur around the edges works well!
    Brad.

  • cheers brad, more serendipity than skill i suspect… i think what i did was i took the photo, whilst physically moving the camera towards the box of quinine… i think – or maybe someone just pushed me over whilst walking past!

this is a fabulous image and I completely agree .. the slight blurr is perfectly in order with an image such as this. Well done!!!!! Bright and colorful and almost mathematical in its symmetry. thanks for pointing me here!!!!!
