Halo by Andrew Bret Wallis

Halo by

This is a conceptual image in my series on religious iconography. The concentric shapes are formed from original photographic images of stone texture impressions taken from the temple in Petra, Jordan. The concentric circles and repeat patterns woven with ancient stone represent the religous icon of the angel’s halo, eternity, and the eternal struggle of life and death.
