oh wow, there – I can see earth! :-)

I wish we could afford the switch, it’s quite depressing… it’s in the plan… but still quite a long distance away financially… and yet the environmental dollars we spend are so much more valuable… I should start formulating lottery numbers I guess…

  • Yeah, it’s not super cheap, but it’s great to be producing your own power – emissions free! They keep saying solar panels are going to get cheaper, but it doesn’t seem to be happening, and with the recent federal government decision to means-test the solar rebate, it makes it out of reach for even more people :-(

Wow, I wish I could have this!!

  • Yeah – we’re looking to add a second one of these this year sometime and then should be producing more than we consume. The tracker makes it about 25% more efficient than mounted panels.

    A lovely sight Erland :

Tinkered a bit with solar in the late 70’s early 80’s, still have a couple of panels & do plan on using them at our new place.

    Take Care.

    Bill.
