Getting back into it
I’ve had afternoons off this week and I’ve wasted most of them. Today I decided to practise my photoshop skills though and this is the result. I didn’t think it was good enough to post up in my formal gallery but I spent an hour on it so I wanted to post it somewhere. I used blending layers and layer masks mostly for this.
The shots were taken earlier this year when I went to see The Duke Spirit in Brunswick.
I’ve been in a bit of an artistic rut for a while now and I know this is nothing special but I’m just trying to shake myself out of it!

Arggh, I’ve been trying to remember how to do blending! any tips/pointers to online tutorials to help?

I was getting my pointers from a magazine but I wouldn’t say I’m anywhere near experienced enough to be giving others tips. The best I can do is to tell you that layer masks are your friend!
