This is a painting that I made as a cover of an e-book called “Nurturing Creativity: A Guide for Busy Moms” by Renee Tougas.

The woman is sitting in the forest with the sun shining through the branches. As she writes in her journal, butterflies fly out of pencil and swirl all around her. The butterflies are a symbol of the inspiration that comes when we find time for our creativity.
