Freedom is a mixed media piece that combines original photography with light effects, color effects, as well as hand drawn elements. The photograph was taken by my uncle which I enhanced using a combination of blur effects, dodge/burn tools, and a bit of sharpening. I then added some textures and colors along with light effects for the wing, and then from there I drew a variety of clouds and stars which I scanned and integrated into the design.
