Got my first camera (Minolta SRT 202) when I was 16. Fiddled around with it through college, but really found the fun use of it when I got the chance to start shooting college football. What fun! Being in the news business, have had the opportunity to shoot a bit of everything over the years: post-hurricane destruction, concerts, college and high school sports, aerials (out of helicopters…hate shooting from planes), police stand offs, etc. My shooting these days is largely for fun and includes (but is not limited to) macro, minimalistic architecture and the occasional wildlife shot. I currently shoot with a Nikon D90.
