My language is light. Above all, I look for fine instances of light and opportunity. I use a variety of media to convey light in photography, but my favorite medium is Polaroid film. With regards to photography, I’m also interested in the concept of time… how time is stopped by the shutter but also how time is brought forward through vintage photos. Memory is dependent on images and recreates past from remaining images. I seek to create images that are at once dependent on the moment and detached from relative time.
