Through fields of memories,
Green leaves shedding shadows
Upon my teary eyes…

Love grows dim, and so does hope.

Frozen woods standing still.

Tides of light upon the hills.

My branches unfold,
To flowering streams.

As stars burn bright,
Looking down upon my deathbed..

We settle cozy and cool,
Embers flicker – distant friends…

Rivers of newlyweds,
Falling gently to the ground….

Old homes where once I slept,
Now burn low across the sky…..
