Christine Wilson

I grew up in a small village in Austria and have lived in California, Switzerland and Texas. I am currently dividing my time between Houston and Santa Barbara where our dog Einstein, a Bernese Mountain Dog enjoys running at Hendry’s Beach. I have not spend as much time on this site lately but will be back soon. After all our new puppy Max takes up a lot of my time. It is worth it!

Many of my hand-colored photos have been published as cards, calendars and posters under my previous name Christine Hersch. My love for nature, travelling and children’s photography gave me the idea to start E-PHOTOCARD in 2006.

Taking photos of children and hand-coloring has been my favorite by far. I miss ‘the good old days’ of film and fiber paper – but I love the speedy turnaround of digital photography and the countless possibilities Photoshop offers (which I need to learn more of). Still – I want to paint on paper again one day. Next to photography I enjoy designing websites for friends, family and small businesses.
