The Brewery was originally built in 1879, and was redeveloped and restored to it’s current condition between during the late 1980’s and early 1990’s after the company relocated to a more advanced and modern facility in the late 1970’s. There is also a building across the road from the Brewery which use to be the old horse stables, but the original building was destroyed by fire in 1988, but was rebuilt during the restoration, and now serves as a carpark facility for visitors to the Brewery.

The current building now contains a Café, restaurant and function centre as well as a microbrewery. There is also a display of historic photographs and artefacts on display.
