Lake Clifton, Yalgorup National Park, Western Australia.
I went down to Lake Clifton (About 100km South of Perth, Western Australia) part of the Yalgorup National Park to photograph the Thrombolites Which are made from micro organisms and are similar to Stromatolites
I spend many hours shooting under a full moon on this night.
You can read more about this photoshoot in My Blog
This was a long exposure photo illuminated with the combination of moonlight, and a hand held spotlight to bring out the details of the Thrombolites.
EOS 500D and 15-85 IS.
