Lake Clifton, Yalgorup National Park, Western Australia.
I went down to Lake Clifton (About 100km South of Perth, Western Australia) part of the Yalgorup National Park to photograph the Thrombolites Which are made from micro organisms and are similar to Stromatolites
This was a night shoot, using a combination of natural moon light from a full moon, as well as using light painting techniques and long exposure photography.

This is really stunning – I think the sky is an illusion of time flying by and gives the feel that the stones have been there for centuries. Just my perspective lol.
