The Paddle Steamer “Decoy” With the Perth City Skyline in the background just after sunrise.
Originality built in 1878, it saw it’s earlier days working along the Murray River, before being sailed over to WA in 1905 where a second deck was added, and it was converted into a passenger carrying vessel.
