Black-necked Stork Ephippiorhynchus asiaticus.
Listed as Endangered under the NSW Threatened Species Conservation Act 1995.
This species can be found on shallow, permanent, freshwater terrestrial wetlands, and surrounding marginal vegetation, including swamps, floodplains, watercourses and billabongs, freshwater meadows, wet heathland, farm dams and shallow floodwaters, as well as extending into adjacent grasslands and paddocks and open savannah woodlands.
