Enrico Pelos (born in Genoa, Italy) is not only a Genoise but a Liguria land lover which he has been discovering by trekking and photographing in some of its most hidden aspects.
A Ligurian whose photography interests go beyond geographical borders and always with attention and respect of the environment.
His photo research has been further developed by the use of informatics and his activity in the GIS (Geographical Information Systems) field following more deeply the territorial, landscape social and historical aspects.

Photos have been on show in many exibitions and have been published to illustrate the official “Liguria Mountains High Way” guide. As an informatics consultant he has designed specialized web sites among which for Genoa Province and Municipality, multimedia cd-rom among which the “Liguria Mountains High Way trail” and the Genoa Province Coast.

He has been awarded with the “Honorable mention” at Nikon Photo Contest International and his photos have been published on various magazines and books and are in the permanent photo archive of the Liguria Region Park. Enrico Pelos è di Genova e sue fotografie sono presenti in cd multimediali (ad es. dell’Alta Via dei Monti Liguri e della Costa della Provincia di Genova).

E’ stato premiato con la speciale “Menzione d’onore” al Nikon Photo Contest International e sue fotografie sono state selezionate per entrare a far parte dell’Archivio dell’Ufficio Parchi della Regione Liguria e ad illustrare le tappe della Guida Ufficiale dell"Alta Via dei Monti Liguri.

Sue foto sono state pubblicate su riviste specializzate, copertine di libri, esposte in mostre fotografiche: Fiera di Genova, Colletta di Castelbianco, Provincia di Savona,) e alla “Rassegna del libro di Peagna-Ceriale” con una mostra fotografica ed una proiezione multimediale concernente “Le Vie della Fede dei Pellegrini in Liguria”.
