About Enivea

I live in the Australian countryside with my cat, dog and horse. Together we explore the land around us and their connection with the world helps me to see what I would otherwise be blind to. They are my teachers.

My aim is to convey this other way of seeing through my photography.

Back in 2010, returning from Bendigo via the Riverina area, we had to do all manner of detours due to roads being closed by floodwaters. We saw numerous wheat paddocks with harvesting machinery at a standstill, bogged in the paddocks. There would have been significant crop losses. A very dramatic capture Enivea, with the pipeline and road disappearing into the distance, below the threatening clouds and downpour. Whatever Man has planned, Nature will have the final say. A favourite for me. :)george

  • Thanks George. Do you have any pics of those scenes? Would love to see them. As I recall it, the owner of this crop was able to harvest it, but rains that year downgraded it considerably.
