The Waterfall

This was found while exploring in the Southern Flinders Ranges. A narrow track led to this place, and it was possible to climb up to the left side of the fall, literally to climb, but the track petered out at the top.

There was only a small amount of water trickling down, a sign of the dry times, although it had obviously had copious amounts of water over it in earlier times.

The Waterfall belongs to the following groups:

Australian Bush and Rainforest Photography and Rocks and Bones

Wonderful find Enivea, just wait till the rains come and go back that should be worth a photograph or two. I could send some rain if you like we have had more than we need !! LOL

Thanks Iain, send the rain yes, all welcome! Actually there had been rain at the time of the visit, sufficient to entail a change of plans due to dirt road – but maybe that was just so I got to see this instead!
