I hope this photo illustrates the energetic, lunacy of my youngest son. It was a quick autumnal snapshot taken in our local park, as he hurtled towards me at 100mph, leaping up on the wood with his feet in the air before bolting off in the opposite direction.

Thanks Serenity, this image is rather special to me as it was taken after my son had been seriously ill in hospital during the previous summer. The energy in this pic serves as a reminder of how fragile life can be and how the uexpected can happen to any of us, whilst still making me smile. It keeps me humble:)
