Hallelujah's stone

Am listening to Cohen
feeling the gods
dakinis
angels
and the wisdom beings near
read something Hook wrote
Are you Ready
and this came forth

Hallelujah's stone belongs to the following groups:

All Things Poetic, Artistic, Philosophical, Melbourne & Victoria, Something To Say, The Healing Journey and WMG

I was sitting on the steps of yesterday
I was holding the stone you threw away

I was watching the street disappear
making memory
as silent as those years

I was sitting there thinking you were gone
believing the stone was finally thrown

over oceans it seemed

I was waiting
for the band to strike
for the wine to pour
for the wounds to heal

and all the time your lips
brushed my cheek
your arms rocked my sleep
and my heart caught a glimpse
of us sailing away in that great ship

where our eyes
would see new lands
new hills
new trees
new roads

on which you would find our stone
the one we thought we had left
alone
and with it
slowly delicately
build
like a Hallelujah
the beginning of home

I keep looking out the window the colors of the night falling are illuminated in silver
gold violet and everything seems to be made of his Voice, singing hallelujah! and
I want to go out there and be a part of it instead I’m writing in my warm little cave
    big thanks xox
