Hey E. For me you have this look… that you have in your work..Its truly unique. It has a very special quality and this image just looks so attractive and full of mystery. Really love the way it all comes together for you. Top work indeed. Haunting in its beauty and colour application. Ciao Steve (I mean Haunting in its mystery not spookiness )
I don’t know enough about your concept to offer any suggestions E.In itself it’s a beautiful image is all I can say.1930’s?..maybe a slight desaturation, maybe some faint French text, because it has that sort of intimacy about it that foreign films have..
your own suggestions are the best, a touch of red would work for exrtra depth, doesn’t need to be on the lips though, a bit more white ( and blue structuring ) on the left side would be beautiful! good work on this anyway!
great compression of the image in the narrow angle and yes getting some more light on the face, colour, and definition to the all image “could” make this a better shot or maybe just a different one as this one is great as it is.Great work Ena
I don’t think it needs anything. It’s great as is. If you are looking at adding text to give that old, cinema poster look, add it in a way that doesn’t take anything from the beauty of the piece the way it is now….go subtle or be sure that it adds rather than subtracts from the image.
Personally I like it as is. Its got great depth and colour. You pose is sensual. It has that early 1900’s decadence feel about it. Like a Bootlegging/ Gangster Movie still shot Fantastic work!!
