A view to the west from high on Cadbury Castle in Devonshire, England.
A slightly different perspective to the earlier post of this scene in b&w.

Oh my gosh, what a sight…
I watch British programs that are on over here in Oz, such as ‘Escape to the Country’ and Summer in the Lakes District, just to get a feel of England and its countryside, and I’ve fallen in love with it – so much so I have words to give my great, great, great grandparents when I get to heaven, over them moving from Kent to Australia in the early 1800s! lol
This captures my heart and breath like you wouldn’t believe.
I absolutely love your composition, Michael. The natural frame is darn impressive.
Enchanting… :) xxx
I’m so glad this shot put you back in touch with the mother country, Donna. It’s certainly damp, green and rolling! The small fields mean that lots of hedges criss-cross the landscape, breaking it up nicely. Thank you, as always, beautiful lady for your lovely comment. It means a lot to me x

This is the landscape of legend and lore… and some quaint, inviting pubs with log fires… I never tire of photographing landscape like this, Marie. The next step is to be up early and catch it as the sun rises… umm, not sure I’m ready yet. Thank you for your wonderful comment, dear lady, as always x
