Burnt forest after rain and run-off pattern of ash after the Kinglake, Victoria, fire of Feb 09. Landslides are now of some concern if there is more heavy rain.
Amaxing capture Ern. It looks like an etching. As if these townsfolk didnt have enought to worry about then the threat of landslides. This image just shows the devastation. Nothing was left. I was up there a day after the fires hit..it was rancid, hot, smokey and devastating for all involved. I have never seen anything like it..and hope to never again.
