Great shot! He was probably sleeping, I hear a lot of people sleep out in public in Asian countries (assuming this is in the same place as some of your other photos). They tend to just sit and sleep wherever they feel like it.

Actually Karl, this was right here in Melbourne, I couldn’t tell if he was asleep but he never raised his head.
