Emma Elita is a published freelance writer living in Melbourne. By day she teaches English and English as a Second Language to adults aiming for university.
Emma Elita’s latest work is “The Ascent to Hades”, a fictional novel, available through www.blurb.com and soon to be available in the bookstores.

She is published in academic journals and national newspapers, as part of her current Masters Research studies at Monash University, in ‘education and equity’.
Emma Elita has been described as an “emerging talent” in Western Australia, and nominated for several different young emerging writers’ grants and awards. She has worked as a childrens’ television script-writer, ghost-writer, publisher and trained as a senior editor, alongside WA Society of Editors.
