Emily, I love this. First of all it’s amazing the way the dress is hanging backlit over the curtains with the natural light from the window also lighting the veil. That’s an unusual touch, but a wonderfully simplistic idea that works beautifully. But as if that isn’t enough, you’ve created an awesome vibe… like I really feel the anticipation of the upcoming massive event, totally understated with the fading red to monochrome tonal range. Did you shoot this wedding? I also noticed a couple of other stunning wedding shots in your pf.

This is awesome work and it’s too bad more people haven’t been in to take a look.

This is a lovely and classic shot – beautifully composed, moody and poetic. Th equlaity of light is superb. Done correctly, shots in front of windows are just beautiful, and THIS SHOT does NOT fail to impress!

The quality of the natural light from the window is absolutely magical, love the delicate veil draped over the chair like an exquisitely woven cobweb, its gentle folds picked out by the backlight. A powerful sense of anticipation tempered by a realisation of the sheer magnitude of crossing this threshold, of all this dress symbolises. Absolutely superb and very inspiring work!
