I think this is spilled paint, but I admit I don’t know how paint would spill in this image. It was on a street where this wouldn’t normally be deliberate, on a spot where garbage is put out at night. I darkened the pavement a bit for contrast as the deep cream color didn’t come out on an overcast day.
