The woman who lives in this New York City apartment has hung her evening dress out on the fire escape before but the last time I noticed, she took it inside before I got close enough for a good shot. I always take a look now when I go by this building and was rewarded with the selection for the night. Canon EOS Xsi, 24-70mm, 70mm.
