Eltham, AUSTRALIA

Hi and thanks for stopping by.
I live in Eltham, an outer suburb of Melbourne, with my wife and two children.
I studied Art & Crafts education at college in the 1980s and was most interested in sculpture and ceramics. I haven’t really gone anywhere with the 3D work, partially due to lack of space (lame excuse I know).
Photography has always been an interest and it was that interest which led me to study art initially. I consider myself to be an “amateur” photographer, which allows me the freedom to head off in any direction.
I enjoy nature, landscape and sports subjects (not necessarily in that order).
Prior to the advent of digital photography, I would typically shoot a roll of 36 images and get one or two shots I was happy with, this was frustrating and expensive. I can now shoot 200 images for the cost of a battery re-charge and view the results instantly. I am sure any photographer who grew up pre-digital will agree that it is like magic.
I know it is impossible to stop people from copying images on the internet, but I ask that you respect my request not to copy my work without permission.
