This piece I was inspired to create after watching a documentary on “The Hubble” telescope. Some new images had been released of star nurseries, a place where stars are born! It was such a warm, humbling feeling, one of such great expansion as well as the immensity of the unknown!

Original was acrylic on canvas, 2011

This is beautiful! And I love that I can’t exactly tell if it’s a digital work, or a painting. Your technique is very good. I see that you’ve described it as an acrylic. Amazing work.

This painting is beautiful. When I published a book on the Hubble I became a real fan. When they send Hubble into the sea, I’ll cry.
