You’re images are amazing elsilencio! I love every single one of them :o)
There is so much you could read into this image. Are the people simply lingering under the tree enjoying the shade, or are they there for a secret meeting … really keeps me wondering.
Hopefully this doesn’t print twice for you. A mishap here. Just wanted to let you know this is incredible and I say this because of an adventure we once had driving, with family, from Hollywood to the east and inland north to Washington State. Taking the advise that driving inland would get us there quicker and easier we went for it only to find ourselves driving in the red hot desert for miles and miles. The truck radiator boiled over and we were stranded out there with only lone tree to shelter us from the red hot heat. There we stood, there we sat in hopes for someone to help us but then I noticed all these huge hornets flying about us from the tree. Back to the hot truck I went and waited. It was very scarey and we did get help from what appeared to be desert people that looked very untrustworthy. As it turned out they were helpful and we were on our way. How can I ever forget that and this picture says it all for me. A perfect discription of the vast area, the lone tree and the vehicle say nothing about the “What do we do now?” people that are standing there in frustration just as we were. Yes, it was sooo hot the world could have cracked that day…. Thanks, Zeena
A stunning image. Evocative indeed. A masterfully created image that leaves the viewer wondering so many different ideas. Why is the world broken? What does the crack down the middle of the image represent? What are these people discussing? Oh, so many ideas… Beautiful work :-)
