Like the “Purge” series, with ordinary objects being destroyed. Maybe the furniture is moving into the “margins” of the “untravelled world”. But the verse seems to be about how the unfamiliar becomes familiar, where the art seems to be about letting go of the familiar, letting it burn into the margins of the unfamiliar like old memories dying off.
(On the other hand, I could be WAY off the target! In any case, I like this a lot.)
