Acrylic on canvas. I saw this scene and felt inspired. I wanted to try something a bit different. On completion I’m not sure about it. It’s not what I envisioned, but maybe it works?
As a night time scene I think the composition work wonderfully. The lighted restaurant pulls the eye across the canvas. You established good depth with the couple and their dog coming forward. I’d call this a very successful work.
